Answer guided questions that help create your customized prenup. Most questions will have multiple options and also allow you to create your own answer. If you like one of the available options you can use it, but you can completely customize for your needs.
Step 3: Generate a Draft
You can generate up to three drafts. Each time you create a draft you can email it to your partner to get their feedback and thoughts.
Step 4: Review and Update Answers
Once you have reviewed a draft you can update your answer to the questions and generate a new draft.
Step 5: Finalize and Notarize
Once you finalize your prenuptial agreement you will receive a PDF with signature lines, witness signature blocks, and it will be ready to notarize.
