SmartMarriageTools.com provides guided questionnaires, document automation, and related resources to assist users (“you,” “user,” or “client”) in generating customized documents for personal use. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Use of our platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. Eligibility and Account
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.
3. Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Except as expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or digital files have been generated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or its services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- To upload or transmit harmful or deceptive content;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or
- To misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if, in our sole discretion, your use violates these terms or disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property associated with SmartMarriageTools.com remain the exclusive property of BigTB Corporation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and any generated documents solely for personal, lawful purposes.
6. No Legal Advice
The Site provides automated tools and general educational information. SmartMarriageTools.com and BigTB do not provide legal advice, opinions, or representation.
Generated materials may require independent legal review for compliance with state or local laws. You are encouraged to consult a qualified attorney before signing or relying on any document.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BigTB, including SmartMarriageTools.com, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SmartMarriageTools.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that this limitation reflects a fair allocation of risk and is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and BigTB.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigTB, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any loss, liability, claim, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BigTB makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts to resolve them.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
11. Right to Modify
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Site. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement
